ADHD assessments are available for adolescents (14+) and adults. Assessments involve the following:
Session 1: Intake / developmental history $260
Session 2: Assessment session including clinical interview $260
Session 3: Feedback / recommendation session $260
Comprehensive report with recommendations $600
The assessment includes: Adult Self Report scale, Wender Utah Rating Scale, DIVA-5, and developmental history. Assessment will include corroborating evidence through school reports (if available) and structured questionnaires from secondary sources where applicable.
FEES
Medicare rebates may apply for the three in person sessions ($149.05per session). No rebate applies for the report.
Total fee for assessment is $1380.
