Amanda (she/her) has been a registered clinical & counselling endorsed psychologist for over 14 years. During this time, Amanda has worked in a variety of settings including schools, local government youth & family support, not for profit crisis support, and private practise settings.
Amanda believes in creating a safe, non judgemental space where clients can explore issues that are important to them. Amanda draws on a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT, mindfulness, ACT, solution focused therapy, relaxation strategies, as well as adopting a neuroaffirming approach to all practises.
