Fees & rebates
A standard session is $195.00 per hour. Medicare rebates apply with a valid Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP. The Medicare rebate is currently $96.65. Clients are entitled to up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. Medicare rebates will be processed in session once payment is received.
Health care / pension: Amanda has a reduced fee for people on a health care card/ pension card. These sessions can only be provided during the day (ie: 9-3pm). Please get in touch to discuss further
TAC: Amanda is a registered TAC provider. Please get in contact to discuss utilising TAC payments.
NDIS: self managed clients are welcome. Fees are billed in accordance with the NDIS set rate.

Private health: If you have cover that includes psychological services you may be able to claim a rebate from your provider. We do not have a Hicaps machine on site, however a receipt of payment can be provided for clients to manually process a claim.
Cancellation Policy
Considerable time is spent by your psychologist planning for each session. For this reason, at least 48 hours notice of cancellation / rescheduling of an appointment is requested. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is provided to cover the cost of preparation. Please note: Medicare does not provide rebates in these instances.
