Fees & rebates
A standard 1hr day session is $200 per hour. After hours (5pm onwards) is $210 per hour. Medicare rebates apply with a valid Mental Health Care Plan referral from your GP. The Medicare rebate is currently $98.95. Clients are entitled to up to 10 rebated sessions per calendar year. Medicare rebates will be processed in session once payment is received.
TAC / Workcover: Amanda is a registered TAC / Workcover provider.
NDIS: self managed clients are welcome. Fees are billed in accordance with the NDIS set rate.

Private health: If you have cover that includes psychological services you may be able to claim a rebate from your provider. We do not have a Hicaps machine on site, however a receipt of payment can be provided for clients to manually process a claim.
Cancellation Policy
Considerable time is spent by your psychologist planning for each session. For this reason, at least 48 hours notice of cancellation / rescheduling of an appointment is requested. A fee of $50.00 will be charged if less than 48 hours notice is provided to cover the cost of preparation. Please note: Medicare does not provide rebates in these instances.
