Amanda is the founder and principal psychologist at Mindful Transitions Psychology. Amanda is an AHPRA registered psychologist with an endorsement in counselling psychology. With over 15 years experience working with adolescents and adults in a variety of settings including private practise, public youth & family support services, secondary schools, and crisis support services, you can be assured you will receive quality support.
Amanda draws on a range of therapeutic interventions including:
Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma informed CBT, Mindfulness & relaxation strategies, Brief Solution Focused Therapy (SFT), Interpersonal Therapy, Narrative Therapy, & Psycho-education. The most important component of any session however, is to create a safe, non judgemental space for you to address any issue that is important to you.
Day appointments are available on a Wednesday in Ringwood East, and day/ evening sessions available in Croydon.
