Amanda (she/her) has been a registered counselling endorsed psychologist for over 13 years. During this time, Amanda has worked in a variety of settings including schools, local government youth & family support, not for profit crisis support, and private practise settings. 

Amanda believes in creating safe, non judgemental spaces where clients can explore issues that are important to them. Amanda draws on a range of therapeutic techniques including CBT, mindfulness, ACT, solution focused therapy, relaxation strategies, as well as adopting a neuroaffirming approach to all practises.
